They’re two of the most stylish (and most copied) women on the planet. But Sienna Miller, the queen of boho-luxe, and Kate Middleton, the master of classic yet modern elegance, couldn’t have more different wardrobes, right? Not quite. Because there’s one designer that despite these divisions, has united them in the pursuit of good taste: Alessandra Rich.

When Miller stepped out yesterday for an appearance on This Morning, she chose one of the designer’s killer co-ords, a cropped cardigan with a similarly brief skirt in pale lilac tweed. Accessorising with white mules and a chain-link necklace from Chanel, it’s the fashion way to do a skirt suit with a capital F.

Middleton, on the other hand, is more interested in the designer’s take on power dresses. She owns several styles, including the high-necked polka dot number that she wore a few weeks ago to celebrate the life of Prince Phillip. With its puffed shoulders, cinched waist and slightly longer hemline, it’s definitely a more directional style move from the Duchess. Rich might currently be their only crossover (Middleton wears suede pumps; Miller cool-girl wedge sandals, after all). But can you blame us for hoping that, some day soon, one might borrow the famous cowboy boots off the other? We thought not.
